What is #BBAtHome?

Following the latest Government advice in relation to the national response to the Coronavirus pandemic Boys' Brigade companies up and down the country have stopped their normal meeting nights. This means that members and families are able to stay home and help prevent the spread of the virus. But that's not the end of Boys' Brigade, just a change to BB as we know it!

Leaders from across the country have been working to prepare a series of resources for all sections that will be issued on a regular basis and can be worked on at home.

What is 1st Condorrat #BBAtHome?

As well as being a series of fun activites and learning we believe that 1st Condorrat BB is more than that, it's about being part of something bigger and being part of a family. While we may not be meeting together down at the Church as a group we think it's important, now more than ever, that we remain connected to other members of the Company, sharing ideas and success. And sharing some fun too!

To help us achieve this, staff in the Company have been working hard to put in place some measures that will hopefully enable us to stay connnected. As well as the usual text messages we'll be adding content to our website and Facebook pages. We've also set up a new twitter account and a special members only group on Facebook where everyone from 1st Condorrat can join together, share what they've been doing, how their badgework is going and stay connected as a group.

In addition to the national programme of #BBAtHome resources we'll be making available there'll be a variety of members only resources and competitions from the staff at 1st Condorrat to make sure everyone has lots to think about and try until we meet together again.

What do we need from you?

Our idea for 1st Condorrat #BBAtHome needs you!

We need members and their parents and guardians to get involved and try out the activities, share stories of their #BBAtHome adventure and let us know what content works well and what's not working so well so that we can keep providing something for everyone.
