Anchors Section- P1 to P3 - every Thursday night at 6.30pm to 7.30pm

Juniors Section- P4 to P6 - every Thursday night at 7.15pm to 9.00pm

Company Section - P7 to S2 - every Thursday night at 7.15pm to 9.30pm

Seniors Section - S3 to S6 - every Thursday night at 7.15 pm to 9.30pm
